Morning sickness in week 6

I start to have some morning sickness currently (slight nausea and reduced appetite) especially during day and night. So far still manageable without affecting my usual food portion intake, but I just have no food interest /craving. Anyone have the same symptom? Any tips to share? #pregnancy #1stimemom #advicepls

Hi there! I've experienced the same when I was pregnant back then. I did the "small frequent" meal diet. It's okay if you don't have cravings and all. As long as you're eating enoughto supply nutrients for your baby, you're doing good. Also, you may try drinking salabat with honey to ease your nausea. Hope this helps! Stay safe and enjoy your pregnancy! ❤️

Oic.. Thanks for your advice! 😊

It is soooo normal to have no food interest. currently 14w3d and the appetite is still not back yet. don't worry bout your baby not getting enough nutrients- take your folic and calcium. Try to eat in small bites, will help with the nausea too. all the best!
