Ah no. Only folic acid and vitamin D was prescribed by gynae for first trimester. Gynae told me to stop all other supplements including fish oil. Fish oil, was prescribed to me only in third trimester and only up to 36 weeks.

Vit c and fish oil were my usual supplements prior to getting pregnant. After I got pregnant, I continued those and took folic that was given by the doc.

usually fish oil is given during second trimester but you can check with your gynae to confirm if you can start to take earlier

Hello, the doctor at KKH recommended me to take fish oil after 12 weeks of pregnancy mommy 🤗

my gynae says folic acid only, till week 12 then started fish oil (aka DHA and calcium).

Since my first trimester, gynae (TMC) has started prescribing me with fish oil

I started taking fish oil in my second trimester

it's best to check with your gynae
