Hot water 100 degrees with infant formulae

Can I prepare infant formulae using 100 degree water? Reason is I'm bringing the milk go out, baby won't be drinking so soon. By the time baby drink maybe already room term.

Then it's best for you just to bring them out separately. To only mix just before bb is hungry. Making the milk early is also not good.
