Body neck, shoulders & chest breast acne

I m almost week 18, past two weeks i have acne or small pimples on my neck area and a bit of pimples in the middle in between my breast. Is there anything i can take to reduce or clear acne. Is it because i m having a boy? Are u experiencing this as well?#firstbaby #pleasehelp
