Hi can I know why I suddenly vomit this mild yellow puke right now in this early morning at 9am?? What is it??? They tasted abit sour. Fyi I just finished my 1st trimester recently. And this is the 3rd time I had such similar vomit this month!!

I had sweet potato at night and as it is low GI food, it helped me not feel crazily hungry in the morning (if I did not snack in the middle of the night)
