delivery charges for KKH subsidised

may i know what’s the delivery charges for subsidise patient? i’m a singaporean but my husband and i don’t have Medisave. i’m planning on getting ward C. must i pay cash upfront or i can pay after giving birth ? #firstbaby #advicepls #pleasehelp
