Rashes on face

This seems like baby acne, my baby had them when she was 3 weeks old too, it will go away on it's own. You can clean it with Mustela cleansing water if you want to and apply California cream (that was what I did). It disappeared after 3-4 weeks.

Yup it’s normal don’t worry about it. It went away for my girl at 6-7 weeks. I didn’t use any cream, just wipe face with damp towel during bath time to keep clean.
