Painful blisters on nips

I second silverettes! They seriously help to soothe the nips and protect them from rubbing against bra. Without them I might have stopped breastfeeding. And definitely try to apply nipple balm every chance you get. Check the latch also, it needs to be a deep latch (baby’s lips open up like fish lips). Hang in there, it gets better. Soon you will have “iron nipples” and breastfeeding won’t be painful anymore. 🙃
