Thick Nuchal Translucency (NT) in week 13.

I have just screened with 2.9mm NT which is beyond 97th percentile. Does KKH Harmony test results override First Trimester Screening on having a thick NT? I was advised to wait for Week 20 to do another scan. Meanwhile is there anything I can do for now?
