Missed period

I have missed period by 2 days ever since period came on 15 Nov after stopped breastfeeding for two weeks. Test HCG but negative. Breast is not swollen or pain but soft. Bloated and gassing. What does this mean. When do I test for pregnancy or is it just delayed period#pleasehelp #advicepls #worried
