Discharge at wk 7

I got this discharge at week 7. Is it a cause for concern? Pls help! (Sorry if photo is disturbing)

I have bleeding on week 13, the blood is bright red and it soaked up my panty liner. To have a peace of mind, I would sugggest to go KK O&G to check.
