Period after giving birth

Hi! I just gave birth early April 2022. It’s been 4 months plus and currently giving formula milk to my baby. Ive been having period-like cramps for the past weeks, but not getting my period? Should i be worried about this? When do period come after giving birth? Im a first time mum.

it’s normal, common to most breastfeeding mothers. but since you’re feeding formula it’s the hormones regulating
