You can postpone 4th booster vaccine. I am in 3rd tri and ask for doctor's advice so they told me to postpone till I give birth and well. Because booster can wait. During pregnancy you will have two vaccine flu & another at 28 weeks. All of this vaccines taken has to be months apart hence for safety you postpone. Unless otherwise, your gynae/doctor gives a green light to proceed.

I went for my first booster when I was around 4 weeks pregnant. Baby is almost 2 months old now. It's safe during pregnancy but best to check with your gynae.

had the same qns too, my gynae advised to wait till 2nd trimester to take the booster
