14 weeks stomach feels uncomfortable

I just entered 2nd trim. Any mummies feel like their stomach is stretched, Esp the lower stomach? And somehow feel uncomfortable? I realised my lower stomach alr feel a little hard and has a small babybump and stomach always feel uncomfortable and sometimes pelvic or lower stomach pain that comes and goes #firsttimemom
