Cycle / hike after having sex to conceive?
Hi May I check if cycling or hiking are safe after we have sex to conceive ? Just want to do some exercise before the two week wait 😅

I guess it depends how high risk you are. In a general sense, shouldn't be an issue. Imagine those who does not even know they are pregant or going to be pregnant and just do their regular stuff.
