Cycle / hike after having sex to conceive?

Hi May I check if cycling or hiking are safe after we have sex to conceive ? Just want to do some exercise before the two week wait 😅

oh! where did u read that from? I didn't know I was pregnant, my husband bought us new bikes and we cycled almost daily.. we even met with an "accident" whereby he collided into me and we both fell off our bikes 😅 I'm 32wks now
