breast pump flange size

I bought the Spectra S1, but my EDD is still 4 months away. should I buy a flange now based on my current nipple size or wait closer to EDD? #pleasehelp #firstbaby

You can buy during a few days before EDD or during hospital stay. 4 months ahead might be too early as our nipples change during/after pregnancy, it will also change for some through out breastfeeding.
