Hi!! I just ate peanut butter crunch and I saw that it contains tree nuts,is it safe? am in 2nd trimester now ...

It shouldn’t be an issue :) We can pretty much eat everything, just in moderation. (Although we do generally avoid raw, alcohol, pineapples etc etc)
