Contractions

I am 38 weeks and 4 days now. I have been having on and off cramps for the past few days. What are the early signs of contractions and/or labour? #advicepls #firstbaby

very regular and frequent contractions. if it’s across days it’s Braxton hicks

It happens regularly(in mins) like cramps in the abdomen area..
