How to make baby engage early?

I am 36 weeks with my #2. My firstborn is induced labour 31 hours in total but normal delivery.. I wanna avoid inducing this round so any mummy knows how to make baby engage?? Cos when i go for prenatal massage, the aunty say my tummy is still high up....
