First trimester

#1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls , I am 3 months pregnant and my daily diet routine includes 2 egg, nuts, 2 glasses of milk and one fruit. Other than these I eat rice twice. Is this enough for my baby development? Or is it malnutrition? I don't take veggies as it induces vomit. So doctor prescribed iron tablet. Can plz clarify?

U need folic acid. Very important nutrient for fetus in 1st trimester. u can nv get it enough from food because the dosage requirement is high. it is very cheap, available at polyclinic too, better ask doc for it.

Once morning sickness go away . you will be able to eat vegetables too. Low mercury fish, Green leaves also need to be added in pregnant woman's meal

Eat vitamin supplements. Check with gynae on which vitamins you need.
