Bad headache

You should raise this up to your doctor/gynae and they will check on your blood reading. I wasn't diagnose with low iron until I had a constant faint/dizzy issue and hospitalize thereafter I was diagnose. Low blood/Low iron almost same it makes you dizzy and often feel weak or perspiring with seeing stars above you.

i have the same issue every now and then. will be tempted to take a nap to ease the headache but wake up feeling shittier than ever:'( dr tells me i might ne dehydrated but as much as im trying to chuck water, water doesn't taste the same like before :(

Me too ! I’ve been getting headaches since week 13 and after nap it doesn’t really help. I just take it slow
