Infant Care or Helper?

Husband and i are not on the same page in regards to this. I've done my research and it stresses me out. We argue almost everyday till there's no full stop. In-laws are out of the picture. Infant care; exposure to sickness is high within other babies. Helper; afraid of her dishonesty in taking care of my baby. #advicepls mummies. Really need alot of advice and moral support.

i was having the same dilemma too. my boy is now 8 months. At first, we wanted to engage helper but during covid period, it was tough finding one. I took care of him together with my dad as I WFH and my hubby whenever he WFH. It was not easy. Eventually we decided to enrol him to infant care when he was about 5 months+. He has fallen sick twice so far but as compared with him always looking forward to going school, playing and learning new things. His teachers will update us on the activities that he has done. It is also good to start letting your baby going to school early as he/she adapts to new environment better/easier than when older. You will be able to have more time for yourself which is also very important. Hence, personally I find the pros of letting him going to infant care outweigh engaging a helper.
