Potty train

How to potty train a toddler who can't yet speak nor understand certain instruction?? He just turned 3 and im afraid the longer i wait, it'll be too late already

expose him to potty first. make him aware of it. aft that slowly, let him sit on it for 5mins even tho he doesnt pee or poo its fine. after a while try extending the time. do it slowly. dont rush.
