Childcare application

How early is early to look for childcare? Im currently 9 weeks pregnant, so it will be early next year 2024 for my child to enrol. I heard the slots are filling up fast too.

You can apply with an estimated delivery date at the interested centre. CC will have slots thats limited esp for IF and PG. Majority either waitlist or vacancy limited or wait till 1 year. I just applied this year weeks before my second NB was born and sadly nothings come back. So I had to search for few other school within house vicinity and put on WL. My friend was lucky, applied last year. Baby born in Jan and got slot in Mar. So basically depend on individual luck.
