How do you cook egg for 8 months lo? Hard boil egg or steam egg? How to get rid of the egg white? My 8 months old currently have 1 meal a day . Only carrot, broccoli and fish. Other then that he drink milks all the time..

Have yet to try. Planning to try hard boil egg (yolk) only first :)
