Antibodies in blood

Hi, the hospital called to inform me that they found antibodies in my blood thus I need to come down to take further blood test. Is this something I should be concern of? Any advice ? Would appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance.

It’s something like your body attacks your baby’s blood because you may have different blood group than your baby so your body somewhat thinks it’s foreign and like danger. Like me. I’m O positive and my firstborn is A positive (like my husband). You can google and have a rough idea about antibodies in blood during pregnancy.

did they say what kind? means you probably have some infection
