Hi I'm sorry for your loss. How about ordering instead of tiring yourself with the cooking and washing? I got my mini confinement from NouRiche previously, after my miscarriage. Hope this helps.

I am sorry for your loss. I went to a TCM practitioner and she suggested ginger tea with red dates and goji berries. Easy to make. Take care!
