Sharing Of Making Own Ikan Bilis Powder!

Home made ikan bilis powder! . There's different kind of ikan bilis powder out there but I prefer making my own one with the anchovies I prefer. . Just fry the anchovies until it is dry and crispy. No oil added. Then let it cool down and blend it into powder ? . It's time consuming! Do it only when you have at least 1 hour free time.

thanks for sharing. alternatively, you can also wash and dry the ikan bilis first then blend them down into powder without frying as well. great option to add into soup and dishes.
