What type of food to intro bb at 4th month?

Hihi,what food can I try for 4th mth old bb? Also how many times for breastfeeding? Thanks 😊

Hello mummy! Has your baby's PD recommended to start at 4 mths old? If no, please don't. Best to wait until a yes ☺️ Although there are some who started at that age but of course when PD says can after checking your baby's growth developement and all such as sitting w/o support, showing interests for foods, etc.
