Hi there! WHO and MOH advises that it’s ok to continue feeding baby after the vaccine. Baby may even get some antibodies through breast milk that will protect baby against Covid. Here’s a link for FAQs. https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19/vaccination#:~:text=Internationally%2C%20a%20large%20number,the%20vaccine%20while%20breastfeeding.

I pump and dump for the 1st 3 days then continue feed the baby for the antibodies to reach my baby although who says it's ok as I read in-depth there's not many cases to back up the who findings, so I took a middle of the road solution to play safe a little.

I didn't pump and dump. continued feeding my baby and hoping to pass the antibodies to her.

according to the MOH guidelines, can continue to breastfeed but it's up to you.

Took both doses & I still keep on breastfeeding my baby. No issue so far

I continued breastfeeding as usual immediately aft. Baby is well.

I took Pfizer and continued feeding

I continue feeding
