contractions or not?

hi, i woke up today feeling pains like menstruation pains, they come n go 6 mins apart, and i discovered mucus plus with blood spots, should head to the clinic or wait for my water to break? #firsttime40weeks

thank you very much, its been 5 hours now and i have tried every position, sitting, standing and laying down non is helping.......let me get ready n go

If the pain doesnt go away even if you change position, its better to head to the hospital soon.. mucus plug / bloody show is a sign you could be in labour soon
