Heat rash?

Is this heat rash? I have been wiping baby's cheek/chin and neck area after every feed/diaper change. But doesnt seem to improve. #pleasehelp

better bring your baby to the PD asap..,they will give lotion and treatment cream to apply…

have you try apply baby body lotion? can source from guardian or ntuc, hope it helps (:
