having bad bad migraine and soo painful , if goes to the clinic what kinda medication will i get ? feel like crying 😭 ! im 13 weeks pregnant . #pleasehelp

I asked my gynae abt migraine too. He suggested gassy drinks if Panadol didn’t help. It worked for me, u might want to try! 💪🏻💪🏻
