headpain , having migraine .

having bad bad migraine and soo painful , if goes to the clinic what kinda medication will i get ? feel like crying 😭 ! im 13 weeks pregnant . #pleasehelp

I too have severe migraine... most probably will be Panadol only.... try to sleep... I will try to sleep so that can get rid of the pain
