Has replaced my sleeping pill

I drank this during the day and had to lay down and fell asleep, for 2 hours! OMG! I could not keep my eyes open after i drank this tea! I now take at night at bedtime only and have a wonderful night sleep. I do not take my prescription sleeping pill now, which makes me even happier!
