Confinement Nanny

Has anyone engaged PEM or Star confinement agency for confinement and has any feedback on these? Both seem quite evenly matched in terms of Google Reviews (high ratings) but PEM seems more established than Star. I emailed both and it seems that only Star can accommodate requests for two month confinement (if that’s required). Any views? #firstbaby #advicepls

I used PEM on 2019 not recommended, customer service act slow when request to change CN, end up I terminate service earlier. i will say it really depends on LUCK to get satisfactory CN

I just engaged PEM for 28days, first time mom here! Read both good and bad reviews, I believe it's really depending on luck and own expectations of a good CN.

I received service from PEM last year. they responded me quickly and I was able to find good one. not sure about these days. as all are facing to pandemic.

Star confinement gave me bad experience. Pushy arrogant nanny who keep asking me and husband to pass word to agent, for agent to pay nanny
