Half of my breastfed baby's diaper is filled with dark green poop and the other half is filled with the usual mustard yellow variety. Could this be due to the (roughly 1 tablespoon of) pear purée we gave her yesterday? This is the first time she's trying solids. P.S. She threw up quite a bit of milk this morning and pooped more than usual all day.
