Anyone with pcos and had miscarriage twice or more?
Just got diagnosed by a gynae for PCOS. It's my 2nd miscarriage and he is my 4th gynae.. Can share some experience how to have successful pregnancy next? #miscarriage #pregnancy #RespectMyPost
I was on Yaz for PCOS in my late 20s because I had a high stress job with long hours that didn’t afford me the time to work towards managing my PCOS naturally. After 5 years on Yaz I started getting side effects, ie my PMS symptoms returned and even worse than before. At that time in my career I also decided I wanted to take it easier, so that I had time to take care of myself. Through weight training twice a week, hot yoga once or twice a week and eating a mostly balanced diet, my PCOS was under control in a year, and it’s my third year now that it’s under control. I go for hormones test and gynae checks every 6 months to ensure that. I am now pregnant with my first child. I find PCOS to be largely misunderstood, under-represented and a lack of information on how to manage it naturally. Find what’s comfortable for you, best of luck!
