1st pregnancy at 40 2nd pregnancy at 42 I'm coffee and tea drinker, 1-3 cup coffee tea daily, I did not avoid during both pregnancy, and my 2 kiddo are healthy i was working during 1st pregnancy, so I'm walking daily to commute, walk even more during 2nd pregnancy cause my 1st born was learning walking so I will have to follow him 👣👣
