TTC after early miscarriage

Question

My first pregnancy ended as an early miscarriage (week 6-7). Does anyone have success stories to share of successful live births after a miscarriage, and when you started trying to conceive again/how long it took you to conceive? I am keen to start again soon (especially as there were studies on a higher chance of success if baby is conceived within 6 months of a MC) but my TCM doc and gynae both recommended waiting for 2-3 cycles first so that the body can get stronger first. my first pregnancy ended with miscarriage at week 9. honestly didn't really planned the next pregnancy unlike the first one. husband and I decided not to get hung up following cycles, so stressful. we just do it you know and enjoy the momemnt instead of just doing it just cause its the time. also, I decided to change my diet, I ate healthier. I got pregnant again 6 months after the MC. not gonna lie, I was anxious all the time. thankfully my pregnancy went well and I now have an amazing 1 year old girl.
