Fertility test needed?

i went fertility check in end dec, after 3mths+ wedding. my initial idea was to ensure both if us are ok before we start trying. ended up i found out i grew dermoid cyst (with hair bone skin) 5cm+ huge. so i immediately went for laproscopic surgery, removed the dermoid cyst + multiple mini pcos in my uterus. i was discharged by gynae from the ops in mid mar22, realised im pregnant in early may22 (im in my 5th week). gynae told me if i never remove the cysts, future if i get pregnant, if the cysts might grow bigger, might affect pregnancy. if i undergo ops during pregnancy, chances of miscarriage is there. so.. i will be full hands up support people to go for fertility checks. you never know what you may find out. but its better to know early than late 💪
