Feeling nausea whole day cannot eat anything at 10weeks. Any recommendations? 🥲#1stimemom

Hi dear, I feel you! Also at week 10, I’ve been feeling very nauseous and grossed out by smells/ sight of dirty things. You can try plain biscuits (eg meiji plain crackers) and coconut water. It helps me!
