My exercise consists of a lot of housework, preparing my grade schooler to school and cleaning up after my 3 yr old’s mess. Lol. I think moving around safely everyday is okay as long as you don’t just sit through out ur pregnancy. Currently preggo with my 3rd one.
I used to walk about 30mins during my first and second trimester. Towards my last I got way too lazy 🤦🏻♀️
walking then laundry once a week.. then swimming 😊 pro sympre depende p din po yan sa advice ng ob nyo 😉
I want to pero natatakot pa ako.. At tinatamad na pag gagawin ko na dapat sa time na pinlano ko. Hehe

Gym and running until the end for both pregnancies. Felt good staying fit.
I did lighter impact exercise as I heard of the benefits from my gynae
I swim atleast for 25-30 mins everyday and walk for about 30 mins.
