hi everyone, today im at 37w5d. Im very excited to see my little baby. Like i can wait anymore hehehe just like u all mummies out there too can’t wait to see ur bundle of joy 🤩 Always waiting to feel the water bag burst or etc. what can i do to speed up 🫢

Once your baby is term (38 weeks) you can try breast massage and nipple stimulation in preparation for breastfeeding as well as to contract your uterus so baby may come out earlier

have sex! really! it’s a natural way to induce contractions. u can google abt it
