heat rash

Hi everyone. Can share how u deal with heat rash? Doctor at polyclinic doesn't recommend me to put any lotion or cream.

Aloe vera gel.. Best is natural ones, those from the plant.. Or you can try buying ocean gel. Its a combi of aloe vera and sea cucumber extract
