Taking frequent sick leave

Question

Hi everyone, i would like to do a little ranting..I would like to know how does your company reacts to when you need to take frequent sick leave due to your morning sickness? I feel like it’s out of our control to control our MS. On some days it’s easier to manage- can go to work etc.. on some days really cannot make it- i’ll end up just resting in bed not doing anything else. I am working in a Preschool Setting and it’s an all ladies. I feel that my Principal should like understand my situation.. It’s not that i would purposely take sick leave frequently. Sometimes i feel like resigning so that atleast they can find another Teacher so that it won’t affect their daily operations whenever I couldn’t come to work. #advicepls #1stimemom

I feel you too :( I work in f&b and sometimes because of MS/headaches/tailbone pain Id have to call in sick for work cause I know I won't be able to make it for a full day of work. Esp when our job requires us to be on our feet alot and moving around alot. I feel like a burden sometimes to my team. But I can't help it and control my symptoms either. Sometimes I thought of resigning too. :( hope it'll get better for us.
