Bleeding at 6th week

Hi everyone, after urination I found out that I had some spotting and mild clot on the toilet paper. It's a Sunday and both my sinseh and my gynae are off work. Is there anyone I can go to? Or should I hold off until tomorrow? #1stimemom #pleasehelp
