Do you feel the same? Last trimester

Yessss im currently 32 weeks and been facing this issue since 30 weeks. Whenever i move or stand, i will always feel the urgency to pee. Bt when i pee itll only be little. And even after gg to toilet before gg out, as soon as im out ill have the urge to pee and feel pressure on my bladder 😭 i think its very normal as baby is getting more heavy and pressing on bladder. Sometimes when im out i can only walk very sloww due to the pressure on my bladder and anytime i can piss myself
