20 weeks baby breech position

Doctor told me during the scan my baby is in breech position. Expected cos my baby had been kicking the side of my belly. Still alot time for baby to adjust but just want to know if there are tips or workout for me to turn the baby head down. :') first time mummy here so became kanchiong haha
